Mega Broker ("we," "us," or "our") built the Mega Broker NOI Calculator mobile application ("App") as a professional real estate underwriting tool. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices with respect to the App.

By using the App you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. The App operates entirely on your device. Specifically:

• All deal data, calculations, and notes you enter are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (Apple's sandboxed app storage).
• No data is sent to our servers or any third-party server.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information.
• We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting services that transmit data off-device.

3. On-Device Storage

Deal inputs, calculations, and notes are saved locally in the App's private sandbox storage on your device. This data is:

• Accessible only to the App (isolated by the operating system).
• Permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
• Never synced to iCloud, external servers, or any cloud service by this App.

4. Export & Sharing Features

The App includes optional export features (Excel spreadsheet, PDF report, and plain-text summary). These features:

• Generate files entirely on your device.
• Use Apple's native Share Sheet to let you choose where to send a file (e.g., email, AirDrop, Files app).
• Do not transmit any data to our servers. Any transmission that occurs is solely between your device and the recipient you choose.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to export or share.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. No third party receives any data through your use of the App.

7. Data Security

Because no data leaves your device, there is no server-side data at risk. Your on-device data is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, device encryption) managed by Apple iOS.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal information, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. You can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through iOS Settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a new effective date posted on this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
